From the Download: IBM Lotus Domino Designer page (https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/downloads/ls/dominodesigner/?S_TACT=105AGX13&S_CMP=LSDL)

I have been unable to Download the Designer.

The "Offering" box is empty. When I click continue I get the error message code: 136e

I had download a other components and trial software using this same process. It appears to be a problem with the reference on the website?
